Raregem009 how does payoneer work for a USA LLC registered by people who do not reside in the USA?

There are companies like myusacorporation.com that can help you open a company there.
Fees should be around $500. Afterwards you can open a bank account, but your presence will be required.
And there is no way around if you want to use a payment service like Paypal (or any other as far as I know).
