to access AMAZON.COM use USA IP, which mean that you need PROXY or VPN. You can do it through a vps / vpn but if they ask for phone verification or tax number you will be in trouble. Before doing that just contact Amazon and see what their staff tell you about getting and US Amazon account. I don't see why they have a problem with that.

Probably not a good idea to use a VPN. Find a 5 dollar proxies that hasn't been abused. If your being legit call them and explain what you need if for. Like you want to direct people from the US to the US Amazon deals. I've done that so I can make money off of people in different countries

You should use fresh USA ip and information.
