I'm using Private Internet Access aka PIA for a couple of years, it is great and worth every penny. Super fast.
Previously used hidemyass, hotspot sheild and PureVPN (Still have it), but nothing beats PIA. It costs only around $40.

agreed i use it on my andriod devices , 40$ a year, can use on upto 5 devices. good company decent price.

Ah here it is. I'd accidentally posted in an old thread when looking for this one. Sorry moderator person. Not having the best day.
Anyway, IMO, AirVPN is the best paid VPN. It's what I use. I like it because it's no-logging, they separate their billing system from the VPN system, and it has a client for all operating systems.

If your bot is operating on a site that has IPv6 enabled, my proxy service will do good for it. I have a half off promotion going right now for anyone who wants to review it. Private Internet Access is a good one. But if you are looking for free version, its better you pick openvpn.
