I need someone to help me transfer my money from a paypal. Someone with a US verified paypal.

I have one but for some reasons right now i can only send money between US.

I need to immediately pay some one.

No offense buddy, but what if you have just sneaked into someone else account. I am not saying u have done it, just a possibility. No one will risk his legit PayPal acc for $3.

I am not going to even ask their paypal details. Just their email address. And then connect with team viewer when making payment.

I really need to make that payment. I am in need of it but my bad that i can only send money in US :///

The reason you are not getting any offers is because no one is renting out their account like that for $3 bucks.
