My paypal accounts always get limited, I want to buy a US verified paypal account, perfferably a bank account, ssn, credit card, and other information on it already verified. So, that I do not get limited anymore. I will pay VIA paypal because I have money left on my paypal I wanna buy it before I get limited again.

Trust me friend verified US Paypal as has similar problem. It all depend on how you make use of your Paypal account.
I have been setting up Non US Verified Paypal accounts for clients and they have had no problems with the account.
