Hi All, Would like to know some professional ideas from you guys.

I'm wondering how do people get this redirect backlink from US Treasury? Do you think it has any SEO value? Do you know how much would that cost?

just replace your link at the end of the URL to get such one, for example: https://www.treasury.gov/cgi-bin/redirect.cgi/?https://blackhatworld.com
I doubt it would provide any actual value or make any kind of impact,
redirect links are long gone and not used anymore

It's free, it doesn't cost you anything. It will increase DA/PA/DR/TF/CF and co. for the SEO value, depends how Google sees it.

what kind of redirect?
if it's something like this then it won't bring any thing but disaster

Just modify the website name with yours, then post the link somewhere for Google and SEO tools to see it and follow it.
