Hello, does anyone have any tips on creating a TT shop account in the US while not being a US resident or I should simply buy an account ? Also what's the deal with 5k followers ?

if you want to get a account fast, you can buy it directly, but its not that safe for you becasuer the seller know your account, besides, you can use proxy to create US Tiktok account， antidetect browser is good tool to help you create mulitple in one PC and make automatical engagement for your created account

What kind of TT shop? You do not need 5000 followers to set up a TikTok shop. You just need to set up a TikTok shop for sellers.
Only if you are setting up TT shop for creators, you need 5k followers.
