I need US phone numbers to be able to post ads on Craigslist in the US, any tips on that (it would be rather expensive to purchase them on E-Bay...)?

You can use VoIP numbers to verify craigslist .

Okay thanks, and I have another question, call it stupid, but still I'd like to know if I can purchase SIM cards from another country (and another country's mobile network, I guess) and use them on my phone to verify the accounts.
