so this is the situation: I do have an ITIN but with ITIN most credit card processing companies will deny account setup for a USA LLC
for this reason I am looking for a US person with a SSN with whom I am can set up an LLC, open credit card processing contracts (NOT BANK ACCOUNT!) and before the company starts activity the LLC will be transferred to me and the person who helped with set up wont have any responsibility. Company set up and transfer will be done by my legal office. all the person needs to do is to docu sign and verify the merchant bank contract.
