US paypal limited

Hello,

I stumbled over one of my old paypal accounts
There is a balance of 243$ and ready to withdraw since 8 years

Since I cant get rid of the limitation
the only way to get my money is via US Bank, check or paypal cash

I live in germany and dont have us bank

Is there a way around at the moment?
I tried Transferwise but couldnt add the Bank

Anything else?

Did you try to transfer the amount to another PayPal account which you can able to withdraw in Germany?
 
I guess it won't even let you send funds to another account without submitting documents. I have been facing same problem and my money is stuck since long time. Let me know if you find any solution to this. Some provide withdrawal services but they charge huge commissions.

you can withdraw funds after 180 days of account limitation. Not sure if that has changed ever since. How much does magicverify charge ?
 
No, send to an other account is not possible, only withdraw

And only us banks so I cant even add my german bank

Still a e-trade account linked.. Ah good old times
 
I gave magicverify a try

Account is 8 years old, some things are missing like I dont have access to the mobile number anymore. Just too fucked up
Magicverify is legit I think
He won't answer me skype anymore so I assume its a waste of time for him ;)
Nothing paid in advance, so no loss

When I cashed out german pp in the past it was a lot easier
Add a bank and press withdraw
No need to resolve limitation...

we both are in same boat. No access to mobile number.
 
There is a way to get it transferred to another PayPal account. As long as that account is not limited.
I done it with a £2300 account over Christmas and done it again this year with a smaller amount.
It was a U.K. account so don’t know if that mattered.

how did you do that?
I guess you can't send funds from limited account. the only option left is to withdraw
 
Once the account is out of the 180 days it can be sent to another unlimited PayPal account.
 
Ok. Never happened to me before. As I said I am from the U.K. so might be different.
 
Update: We managed to progress and added a visa for withdrawal about 10 days ago.
Yesterday I could finally make the withdrawal and its pending now.

Unfortunately last time he was on skype was 4 days ago.
Hope it will work out.

I just changed it 2 weeks ago to a new one from textnow app.

Yesterday I was finally able to make a withdrawal
But its pending.
Hope it will get trough now
