US IP Required for tiktok shop affiliate?

I was wondering, I have a CRP eligible account with the sim card method, but I don't have the "TikTok shop for creator" button.
Do I need a proxy with the sim in order to get the option?

I also have another question, does making a UK account and using a US sim save me from the hassle of getting the tax info,
or will just not work properly.

I think many people use it.
The tiktok shop is kind of an in app affiliate program.

you will need an ip that goes with the country of the account

You should use an IP that matches the account country, it will be safer for you
