US guy opened 7 PayPal disputes what can I do ?

I run a SMM online shop and I am using my old PayPal account that’s why I guess they didn’t ban it and my dispute rate is very low.

There was a guy with a US PayPal he ordered 6 times twitch live viewers and once followers.

Now after his subscriptions ended he opened for all orders a dispute now I have to pay the money back to PayPal. I knew something like that would happen nobody orders so many times. But I am in Germany and I am not even sure if he is US American .

Can I do something against this scammer ?

Using Paypal with SMM is even risky

Is it until Paypal holds your money for 180 Days or so

Nah PayPal don’t hold my funds
Doing this business since 2020 with my PayPal
Maybe PayPal Germany is different
But now I am worried after this disputes something will happen
 
come on mate! Its obvious tht you're newbie on smm indusrty. ITS JUST INSANE TO USE PAYPAL ON SMM PANEL. There are millions scammer on internet who just search for smm panel who offer paypal which they can refudn all your charge.

psi: Forget that balance and close current paypal account. Just let regular costumer use paypal

Paypal would start holding your funds after this disputes is settled

The dispute would tell them fully you are doing SMM

SMM is not allowed on Paypal

Either you give refund him to avoid paypla agent looking into the transactions or you lose your Paypal account within the next 6 months

90% of my clients use PayPal and most don’t open disputes and most are from Germany we don’t have much scammers here. Maybe 1 out of 100 do that but I never had 7 disputes at once from same person. And I don’t know where he knows my site he is the first American who ordered from me.

PayPal knows about SMM lol I sell normally my products they know about followers likes viewers and this all

nope mate, they know smm panel its true but they just let you to use their system untill they banned you. I wanna underline again, now way to use paypal to use for such an industries.

My PP account is over 13 years old and I have a low dispute rate. But now I am worried

Check the forum on how many people have used Paypal and SMM and see how they regret it later

Don't be worried

Like you said they can't and won't ban you
 
Send them empty envelop to their address with tracking number.

PayPal got over 200k revenue from me ;D
But as I said maybe German PayPal isn’t strict or my PayPal has huge trust

I don’t live in the US
I will just open a case at the FBI maybe they can help :D

You know his twitch, try to contact him, or try to shut down his twitch account, try to flood him, but money is lost

You can ask who lives there, obviously if disputed amount is huge worth doing it. I have won before 6k dispute.

No, by this he meant that, you can upload a tracking code to paypal and once envelope will be delivered dispute will be resolved.
 
If you really like PayPal, refund his payments or fight them if you think you could win although your kind of business should be against PayPal terms of service (so if you are not willing to take the risk, just refund his ass).

Disable PayPal for all new users, allow your old ones that bought from you without any issues in the past.

And add it as options to new users after they buy through Crypto for a couple of times.

I tried to contact him on twitch but he disabled messages from non friends

In Germany most people don’t use CC or crypto they don’t have a clue about that.

Always risky. If he don’t send as friends payment then it’s 100% scam
 
I will ban non German speaking clients

Those scamming methods are not really known by Germans. Otherwise I would have a lot more disputes. I always deliver my products
