I Live in tunisia and i intend to buy an eBay seller account with verified PayPal.
I have some choices usa eBay account or UK eBay account.
Which seller account is better for me ?

It depends on to whom you want to sell, if you want to sell to USA market you go for USA eBay, if you want to sell to UK market you go for UK eBay.

Where did you get to buy those accounts from? And how much for one?
 
Ebay.. is it still good platform to sell on? I thought its not as good as amazon in terms of traffic?
 
Get UK eBay - USA eBay and paypal will ask for SSN as verification document. Even on little suspicious activity.
 
it all depends on what youre selling.....but in general euro/uk accounts are less susceptible to suspensions.
 
With any European account (UK, German...) you would be able sell on ebay.com and vice versa.
