US Ebay/Chinese PP/moneybookers?

I'm thinking about switching to moneybookers for my ebay store, the fees are lower and buyers don't have to sign up.

Buyers still get buyer protection as well.

However, I can't get moneybookers in my state. My partner in China has a moneybookers, would ebay have a problem if I put a chinese moneybookers account on my US ebay account?

I really want to do away with paypal.

You won't be able to do it with an overseas moneybookers account. It will need to be a U.S. moneybookers account. Maybe you could get an address in a different state(like a mailbox from mailboxes,etc. or something). Then use a VPS(virtual server) like Security KISS. They have free accounts, and it will make your computer's IP address look like it's in another state. DO IT IN THIS ORDER: Sign-up with Security KISS first, connect to it, then at the bottom of the box that pops up for the Security KISS sofyware, click on change location or server, see which servers you can connect to and where they are, then get an address/mailbox in that state. that sounds like something i havent heard before

I just checked the website securitykiss and they are offering vpn service that is not vps.
VPN is known as unsafe for EBAY or Paypal account.
Please point me out if I'm worng.

I don't think that's possible
