US/Canada Mobile Phone Numbers Lists Wanted

Dear Everybody,

I have been trying to obtain a US/Canada Mobile Phone Numbers for my business advertisement. It seems all the lists seen on some internet selling companies are home/office numbers. Please can anybody provide me with active Mobile or Wireless phone numbers only?

I can pay to have just Mobile/Handset phone number list where my sms can easily be received and read by the recipient. Please, if you can be of help, do send me a message.

You have to be careful in some US states, there are no call lists that will bankrupt you if you call phone numbers that are on a states no-call list.
Fines can be 20 grand for each call.

How do I get them and can they be cross referenced with an address and name?
