You`re right,may be this is wrong section,but not expensive,believe me.
When I said will close,this mean that this accounts for only verification process,for becoming verified.After verification accounts will be closed.This accounts not for money depositing or withdrawing.

yeah thats how it should be. i don't know why the other person was surprised about the account being closed after its verified.
