I noticed that I have my MAIN "2word" Keyword

    in Google US: Page 18
in Google UK: Page 1 and europe also on 1

This is a huge difference.. Im wondering whats the reason? And how can I change it?
    Anyone having such experience?

I needed almost 6 months to rank it that way, but then i noticed.. it wasnt same in the US ranking after using a US proxy

Yes, theu always ranks different in different countries.
Google uses "geotargeting" if you have a site in an american hosting and your link come from the same country, you get better ranking on this contry...but no so good from other places...

I have a site which rank no 2 for it's main keyword ( 2 word and very competitive) in UK but in USA it's no where ( not in top 100)...

My site is hosted in USA, domain is .com.... LOL Still no rank seems I have a penalty because it was in USA also few months back but after some times it ranks every where except USA... It's been months now but no coming back in USA...

Dunno where my work shifted or may be I made links from uk sites in big way... I am not trying hard because even after good keyword and traffic it's not converting in money...

Anyway conclusion is Google uses geo targeting for local results... May be I got good number of backlinks coming from theme related UK sites...

I think the competition for your keyword in UK very less compared to USA. Just check using MNF or Market Samurai , what is the competition for your keyword in USA and UK. Also check how many .co.uk backlinks your site has.

Less saturation for Europe in general, including the UK will help you rank better; in fact you may want to try and create you domain name with .co.uk suffix.

Google have different Datacenters which each of them assigned to a certain country that's why you have a different results on SERPS.

    TIP:
If you want to boost your page on that certain location. Let's say your a reseller of accounting software called MAS 90 and your target market country is for USA specifically for chicago and your competitive keyword is "mas 90" , MAKE a page, optimized content for keyword "mas 90 chicago" put all your effort in creating backlinks for that page and surely you will rank good. But its all depends on the IP where you upload your blogs/links.

    As usual:
    1. submit sitemap to GWT / BWT / YSE
    2. run webceo or whatnot to get ranking results and WHOALA!

    "Tried and tested"

UK might have less competition for your keywords. For me it's the opposite, I'm ranked higher on the US search than the UK for a keyword mostly searched for in the UK, so I would have been better off with the .co.uk extension.

For me, if I put my 2 keywords in google com i come with 2 pages in first placement*...
if i put the same 2 keywords in google uk i come with 1 page in first placement*...

    * by 1st placement i mean that i come the VERY 1st in the searches...

P.S. This is a dot com domain by the way which is around 9 years old.

    Home Page:
In Google webmaster tools you can select geotracking. If you select a country that gives you a boost in that country and drops you in the rest after some time to my experience

My site ranks #1 page 1 in every country in every search engine for the same keywords. I dont know how i did it but thats the truth. The site is only 4 months old and its for a now popular penis enlargement product. 70% of the traffic are cell phone users and it gets up to 800 uniques on occasion usually around 200+. Thinking of selling it on Flippa. I dont use webmaster tools, analytics or anything Google on the site. Nothing, just piwik tracking and nothing else.
