Hello i live in tier 3 country and wanna have accounts facebook,youtube,twitter in US. What should i get proxy,vpn? please help im newbie.

i wouldnt rate a vpn good for accounts, due to the foot prints
left behind of previous users using said vpn

You should definitely get US, 4G proxies. These work the best with social accounts.
