url with out ahref

hi all
have any one used just url in getting backlink what I mean with out using a href tag. {<a href=""></a>} It will be just url and not clickable. Any advantage of creating these kind of links.

When search engines crawls they can still see the url but there is no follow tag and I think we will egt some link juice.Its my idea.

Yes is is called a naked url. Most people will use this as well as anchors.
