Well at the very least as a buyer, they don't look "believable" for the most part -- at least not something like the lenovo one.

potentially yes, i'd stay away from companies like apple or Ferrari since they take great care of their image and have the lawyers to back them up.

Don't bother with it. You will get all sorts of lawyer letters coming through your door. Just not worth it now.

Yes you never know when you get into legal issue with such domains so stay away from that.

As others said stay away, I got sued for using the word Olympics in a domain name

Yeah don't use it. I got some issues with that while have some brand names in the domain names.
Try to make that as your keyword it might help you.
