Say i am selling bags named Saint Tom Mary .. my domain is saintstommary.com because sainttommary.com & sttommary.com are taken (just using fictitious names for this post).

People google for 'saint tom mary' and not 'saints tom mary'. In order to have URLs matching the searched keywords, I put the correct name in the 2nd segment of the URL, like these:

saintstommary.com/saint-tom-mary-white-bags
saintstommary.com/saint-tom-mary-black-bags
saintstommary.com/saint-tom-mary-red-bags
saintstommary.com/saint-tom-mary-store-locations
saintstommary.com/saint-tom-mary-delivery-terms

Will this be considered as keyword stuffing and hurt my SEO?

I think it is fine till saint tom marry white/black/red bags as it sounds okay with the brand name and color, but /saint-tom-mary-store-locations and /saint-tom-mary-delivery-terms are little over-optimized for keywords, though it won't get you penalized but still there is no need to do this as well, you also have title on your page in which you can mention your brand name so it is not necessary to have it in your URL slug.

I'd personally use saintstommary.com/white-bags to keep URLs shorter.
Also, I see no need for using the keyword again in the same url, it's looks weird.
It's like saying "builders are building a building".

Using your keywords many times might look unnatural and forced. Ensure to keep your url simple and user friendly which google loves

Now i remember why i added the exact keyword in the 2nd segment of the URL.

It was to match the keyword exactly 'saint tom mary' and not 'saintstommary'.

Does this mean sense for better SEO?

forget about these types of SEO tools. Try to do as natural as possible. Fixing/gaining 100 in rankmath/yoast doesn't mean you are good to go.

also what @praetserge suggests looks good to me.

Adding the keywords in the URL doesn't affect your website SEO negatively. However, adding the keywords can negatively impact readability and affect the user experience. You can keep the URL more readable and structured.

Google cares more about context these days than strict keyword counts. Imagine you have other brands of red bags e.g "Dior-red-bags". Keyword density is more important to avoid cannibalization. So, if it's about a "[brand] red bag", let that be the focus keyword as-is. Don't overuse "Saint tom Mary" on all similar pages like it's Christmas. While it's better to have cleaner URLs for UX reasons, what you have there shouldn't hurt.

It’s not exactly keyword stuffing, but repeating the exact phrase in every URL segment could raise flags
