Url Starting with 0 Does impact on Ranking

Just looking for a quick answer of query which i was trying to find answer. I am working on niche for client. I have seen a thing. a guy used our content. content is 60% copy but he ranked on google difference if just he is using domain.com/0-0-keyword

Just need answer of this mystery . does it effect on ranking mean using number or any special characters impact on ranking if we talk about Algo 0 always come first this work in seo also not. I had a project before too i heard about it. using character and number impact on ranking. please clear my doubt

What? Exact match domains still work even though Google says it doesn't just look at results(not like they used to). If he copied the content you are fucked, you can send a copyright infringement to his door and pray for the best.

I know EMD work better they are using emd we are using brand name. but my question is "does using 0 in url help to rank" like domains.com/0-0keyword.html
