URL shortners Question

Does anyone know if there are any URL shortners that track when googlebot visits them?


I want to know when googlebot visits a shortened link that does NOT go to a URL I control. (best way I could think of)



Or if you have any other way that I might be able to check when googlebot visits a page on a site that I do not control.

I am not interested in cache dates of pages.
