If you have hosting you can install Yourls for free via Softaculous, I've used it in the past and it's decent for basic stuff (track hits and sources). And its Github page has quite a few plugins to make it better if you take the time to tweak it:

Bitly is not have public view option of analytics only paid verision same as tinyurlcheck out TinyURL Pro or Bitly's free tier if your traffic needs are light they both offer basic tracking without a monthly fee. Another option could be self-hosted solutions like YOURLS
