URL Shortner with built in link localiser (amazon)

Hi,
i found this site which can be used to direct traffic to a URL depending on their country. I want to know if this is allowed to be used with amazon as the traffic source wont show my website i think.

no affiliate links are used in here, this is just an example. I know there are plugins out there to automate this but none work for my site.

You can`t redirect traffic to amazon (unless you know how to do this correctly with correct leak proof referer and so on). Amazon needs to see the referer (your website) and they even don`t allow simple link cloaking (url shorteners).

False, it's okey if it includes the referrer.
