there is nothing 100% guaranteed online bro. If you are not willing to take the risk, you are not for this game..

You can get 100000 votes in here for a particular company that pays and you end up they don't pay you. Then what?

If i were you go with ****** (i'm a ****** user myself) They pay you for sure (And I Can tell you 100% for sure) If you want proof let me know I'll pm you.
Anyways go check out ******'s website they have all the information you need and the amount you earn differentiates on which country you get the most clicks from, US pays best!

Adf . ly pays for sure, I recieved 2 payments already ;D Linkbucks pays also but it's very hard to earn there..

nicely said, I've got a linkbucks account longer then my ****** account and i earn more on my ******, that's also the reason I stopped using linkbucks. I never get to reach a dollar in a day, on ****** I easily reach 2 to 5 dollars a day.
 
At this moment ****** is cheating more in rates, CPM is very low, I used to earn much more, linkbucks is paying more now
I always put both in the same link

Linkbucks: 211 clicks - 0.2959$
 
****** and linkbucks are the best and won't scam. ****** has better rates, imo.

Cheating?

You don't know the amount of money you earn per click depends on which locations your clicks are coming from. US rates are the highests so if you get only US clicks you'l get more money
 
You guys tolerate getting 222 clicks and $0.20 to $0.30?

You know you're people, right?
 
how do you get paid for using url shortners? I have only ever used them for redirects....
