URL Shorteners plus spammy links

I'm playing around with using URL shorteners to give my site more link juice.

I'm wondering if I use spammy links on the link shortener, if any negative link juice will trickle to the base url?

Ie. will spamming shr.url/d3r3 that points to mysite.com/mypage/ send negative link juice to mysite.com/mypage or does it stop at the shortener?

Simple way to look at it: if positive juice will be sent, so will negative link juice.
