Url shorteners noob question

Hi,
i am driving buyers from an external homepage to amazon where they leave a review.
I want to avoid amazon sees, that all/most reviewers come from page abc.com
Is a URL shortener like bit.ly good for that? (amazon just sees that people come from bit.ly ?)

yes, if you use bitly or another shorter, the referrer will be bitly link.

i use bitly for all my links / refers / great site lots of features .
