URL Shortener with niche targetting

Hello,

I'm looking for a URL shortener that allows you to buy traffic that is targetted for specific interests or niches.

Adfly only offers geo targetting. Clk.im may have sophisticated targetting capabilities but I haven't figured out how to use it as an advertiser.

Do you know of such services?

AdFoc.us offers the "capability to target regular expression matches *string* for referring URLs, operating systems, and browser names".

It may be worth a try.
