If only you got a certain social reach, yes. But I think under normal circumstances, it is kinda senseless

I earned few hundreds before with coinurl(site doesn't exist now) shortner it was paying in btc. I was redirecting ppi traffic from youtube to this shortner. I was paid but i wish i had hold btc. Anyways if you are trying to use url shortner for earning money try other methods because it is not worth the time unless you have a lot of traffic.
