URL Shortener Issue

Hi, I don't know where to exactly put this and so I decided to put this under this category.

I have a destination URL that is shortened by linkshrink and I inserted this linkshrink URL into a goo.gl URL. So this is how the links work goo.gl URL -> linkshrink URL -> destination URL. I'm seeing registered clicks on my goo.gl URL and also receiving inbound traffic on based on the analytics of destination URL. Problem is, linkshrink URL doesn't seem to be updating its count? May I know what's with this issue? Am I plagued with fake traffic? or is this another issue?

When you click on the goo.gl link, does the linkshrink site pop up, or does it go straight to the destination URL? The other issue is that there's a lot of people claiming that Linkshrink is a scam.
