URL Shortener - country restrictions

Good day All,

Does any URL shortener support country restrictions?

I only need US / UK / NZ etc. clicks. Others are useless and only destroy the ratio. When someone clicks from another country, they'll be redirected to a different page or page 404. Is there such a thing?

you can direct traffic by geo to different urls for free by means of http://www.freetrackinglinks.com
