I know tinyurl use 301s, so their redirects pass link juice. Not sure about the others, but I'm guessing they all use 301s.

thanks guys for your comments, I didn't know that shortened URLs pass link juice. I read somewhere that when using shortened URL's in Twitter - the link juice is not passed on, I guess I should have looked into it myself rather than taking someone else's word for it, since I have re-written most of my tweets so that they would fit my full URL
