URL SEO question

Hello,

I have been going through my website lately, looking at different things that i can change and/or fix, and i am currently looking into URL optimization.

I did a lot of research and was still unable to get a clear answer on that, so i decided to simply ask here.

I have a URL that looks like this, "/d/$site_id/$category_name", now my question is what would "Look" or "Rank" better?

1) /d/$site_id/$category_name
OR
2) /d/$category_name/$site_id
OR
3) /d/$category_name/id-$site_id

Will it make a difference?

I am using this structure and most of the experts suggested for using this method. I think. Its the best way to highlight your topic and ranking keywords.
