These tools are what you need: linkwhore (shared here), blackwidow (also shared here), and serpscraper.

it's so simple I don't think anyone's coded a "tool" specifically for it. I coded something like this as a small part for a bigger class. but it's tied up with the other stuff, buy me a pizza and ill dig it up. it's php/curl, otherwise good luck

Use blackwidow then,
takes couple minutes to learn it.

Use their features to:
- Generate Url list, or simple paste your search result url
- Setup the plugins to extract / store data etc.
- Scan
