URL rewrite, need help!!

I need to know what is better URL

www,domain,com\keywordA\keywordB.html
or
www,domain,com\keywordA-keywordB.html

keywordA + keywordB = long tail keyword

for example:
keywordA = Car
keywordB = Insurance

I target to Car, insurance, car insurance at the same time

what do you think is better??
any suggest for other URL?

if you go with the first option you have a better chance of optimize your site.

That is only my opinion on internal structures, because i think there is nothing better than going as deep as possible.

I would flatten the URLs using a dash unless the site needs to be siloed according to different keyword-A's. If the site does not have multiple themes and therefore is a single silo, it is better to flatten the URLs according th the Google Wonder Wheel, where the Wonder Wheel results becoming the the page titles and the those titles the dashed URLs.

I hope you are not actually going after "car insurance". The competition is virtually impossible.

Url is a very small boost, as long as you provide a bunch of quality content with keyword density you will have much more luck in the serps.
