url redirect sandboxed website to another website

Ok so if I did a massive link building campaing for a certain keyword on a brand new domain lets call it domain A.

If domain A got sandboxed after reaching say google page 2, could I do a redirect thus sending all the link juice to another brand new domain and maybe rank close to where I was with domain A?

or would the redirect from the sandboxed domain lead to sandboxing for the new website as well?

I have done this with a few sites and 9 out of 10 the sandbox site passes on juice and ranking to the new site. 1 out of 10 the new site also gets sandboxed!

Chances are the new site will get sandboxed also, I haven't tried this out on any of this on any of my sites because they haven't got sandboxed. But if the redirects pass the penalty on as well then it would be really difficult for you.
