Is it worth it to change my url to a keyword targeted one? So I have a link like domain.com/no-keyword and I want to change to domain.com/target-keyword.

I rank on page 2 and when I change the url I will lose my rank because the url in google will go to a no longer existing page?

Once I change the url I will lose all backlinks correct?

This is where 301 comes into rescue.

Install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-301-redirects/

Go to Settings > 301 Redirects page and setup the redirect from no-keyword url to target-keyword url

If you 301 redirect there will be less of an impact to your rankings. BUT you may notice a google dance for awhile.

Once you made the changes, you can see the fluctuationion in ranking for a few days and then original ranking will be back. Use 301 as @SpoonFeeder said

301 sounds like the way to go! So you get less of an impact on your current site

Worth of changing url to targeted keyword included one. But your site ranking will go down for sometime.
If you installed wordpress, things will be little easy. You can use plugin to redirection.

Yes, all your backlinks will be removed if your change your URL. Also your ranking will surely be affected, however, what you can do is redirect your old URL to new one through cPanel.

Don't worry for less ranking for few days just think to optimize it for a longer duration.
In your case, a little less traffic for some days but after sometime when you will fix it up you will get a better result and that's what you want.


extras:
For an example, You want a fix a tap because it is leaking, for fixing it you have to remove it but for some time that nozzle is going to throw water out but if you want to fix it then you should not worry about a little waste water.


Little positive today so that's why in a happy mood and in writing mood too.

If you will do it without any software of course you will lost that.
Try to look forward for some plugins, I've tried to do same thing in WordPress and there are many plugins for you
