URL not working in Bio at instagram

I have 20 accounts that work fine on Instagram if I add links there all about 3 months old. I have 20 new ones that just put up 3 days ago. the link shows up on Instagram but its not hyperlinked. Is there a waiting period to add links.

not sure about the waiting period but everybody recommends anyway to wait a view weeks before adding the link in the bio on new accounts.

Are you added the urls to the website field or the bio? If you mistakenly added them to the bio, that can be an explanation, because there the urls never were live.
