URL in YT comments?

I saw these comments: "This is a top notch film I really did like clip 0:35 - 2:55" <--- URL on another YT video.
How do they do?

Are you saying the link takes you to a completely new video? Because the links are parsed automatically when you type a time in the format 0:00, and take you to that time in the video on the current page.
