Noob here, so I notice all the cpa applications requires a URL or a some current Affiliate website from you. I bought a hosting and just has wordpress blogging. Is that good enough ? what should I put on my blog to introduce myself? Or is there some better way ?

It's okay if you don't provide a website yet. Just inform them that you are a newbie and you will build a website based on their offers.
