There are a couple of decent free tools, but they have very small limits (<100). I doubt these will work for what you're doing.

As for paid tools, GSA has one that checks Majestic metrics and is just a one time fee. No idea if it still checks Moz, but it did at one point. URL Profiler is a bit more powerful and charges a monthly fee. Both have free trials available.
