Urgently need help

I am urgently needed your help in website promotion...I am currently working in Onlinejobs.ph as a website promoter and this employer send me this job interview.

The Job description are:

In a nutshell we are looking for a Marketing genius who will single-handedly create promote and coordinate marketing activities that aggressively extend the reach and exposure of our website and services. We are an online Music Academy, which primarily has built word of mouth and across some very specific realtionship building channels.

We want the best, with proven track records, and a strong understanding of promotion and out of the box thinking. We want people that are brimming with ideas, and originality, whose work speaks for itself.

IMPORTANT- HERE IS WHAT WE ARE NOT SEEKING

We are not seeking SEO/SEM services.
We are not seeking Article or Blog writers, unless the article you write is so awesome that it establishes a subject matter triumph that makes people compelled to learn more (by people, we dont mean search engine results)
We are not seeking forum posting to get people to click on a link, while annoying those who run forums.
We are not seeking gimmicks and underhanded or insincere approaches.

We just want the world to know we exist, which means your challenge is to bring the message to them.

Creative, energized motiviated, self starters who can take a job, run with it and extend reach.

Here are the things we are looking for:

Social Media integration and development
Understanding of AdSense and Facebook ad development and campaigns
Creative advertising, banners, online brochures (concept to creation)
Stand out graphic ability and fresh ideas, proven by past examples
Promotion is almost a second nature
Ideas, Ideas and Ideas
Articulate with English in reading, writing and comprehension
Self starter motivated, and delivers great and consistent results
Concept to Completion savvy for idea campaigns with the ability to get information distributed across appropriate channels


In short, we want a Promotions rock star. The more that you know, the better - we are looking for some one with whom promotion and ideas and fresh approaches which are well reasoned and research supported, resonate within them. They cannot help it, they are just THAT GOOD, and they know it, and their results indisputably prove it.

We are aware that very few out there are able to do this, and we are willing to hold out. The promotion and reach of this site is very important and that is why we are seeking the right person, ready to get to work and get our message out there!

I'm guessing you don't have the skills required? No way you can just learn all that stuff overnight. Just tell them you cannot perform the needed requirements. Don't try and bs it.

Clearly you're not qualified to do the job, so do yourself and the employer a huge favor and don't bother replying to the ad. Sounds like they want to hire Batman for $3 an hour, so it's not all your fault.

What is the rate that you are going to get from that? Consider this and your qualification also.

Someone like that in Houston could pull down 6 figures.

Thanks for the response...I know the method to use in promoting websites but this one is very difficult task. they want to promote their site to people not in search engine.

Can you define the difference between promoting the website through potential people and the other to search engine?

What method can I use to promote website?
