The guy is asking for people who have access to teams, not for individuals, that's why he is advertising on this forum. Whether you like it or not the going rate is 0.80 - $1 per 1k captchas solved. I ran my own team in Bangladesh for over 5 years, Mushibaba is correct, many workers are lazy and will type in any old crap if they are not supervised well.

You're most definitely right! If it wasn't for them, exploiters like you would have to learn phrases like "Do you want french fries with that?"
You're missing the point. There is no more money available. That is the going rate. Unless of course, all you DBC (and other captcha-solving service) customers are willing to pay more per K for your solved captchas? No? I thought not....Damn low, maybe for more money I could hire a team.
