Urgent wordpress help needed!

Hi bhw,
My story:
i was on a shared hostin using wordpress.
Now i upgraded to vps and I am facing the wierdest error.
The vps i installed kloxo.
My host moved everything for me
now on my new server everything is setup and running.
Now i dont know whats wrong but when i click on older posts( the Ones created on shared hostin)
my older theme shows and the ones created now show on a different theme.
When i choose the same theme,
The site shows a default theme without my ads or previous settings.
A popular posts widget show popular posts from the new site.
And when i click the link of an older post the popular posts show popular posts from older site.
And once it showed for an older post 404 error.
And its like really wierd whats going on.

Im guessing you have some caching pluggin running.
You need to clear the cache - if this option isnt obviously visable, just disable / re-enable it.

Also changing your permalink structure (change to new structure, then back to old structure) can fix the odd 404 errors.

I did that still not workin
Now the posts shiw 404 error
