You can copy the website code; data and images and do that yourself if you have coding skills!
Otherwise; hire someone else!

If they generate the content dynamically you might be in trouble, but it depends from site to site. A simple wordpress shouldn't be that hard to hard copy

You can't clone everything, and still need to consider making the content unique
Hire someone to do this fast, search on BHW or Fiverr even on DP.
Tonsof people who can do this fast, then you focus on doing whatever it is that you do best!! GL

How bout you think of an original idea / design? I can see using the same theme that you like or base your design off one you like but don't clone a website. That's a dick move.

OP why not design ur own personal dynamic website? where you can upload video of your product you want to promote, and with own built in tutorial and template to use, so don't need a website designer or IT expert. You have to do it with ur own design you want to do with ur own website.

HTTrack is good for HTML sites, you would need other tools to clone other sites

Under linux:

wget --mirror http://www.forbes.com

Will clone all of Forbes. They won't be happy about it though.
