Disconnect the computer from Internet
Run an antivirus Scan and see what it says

1. Click Ctrl+Alt+Delete

2. Start Task Manager

3. Check all the programs you know and "End Process" for the one you don't know. Careful with windows programs though.

U have been infected by Trojan. Disconnect from internet, scan ur pc with Av. If fail, download trojan remover and scan it again.. Good luck. It's look like Optix Pro trojan..

Format your computer, don't take risk on basis of an antivirus scan.

And if you can't then download software to manage all outgoing/incoming internet connections and allow connections which you trust.

Disconnect from the internet and look for a solution on another PC before implementing

The 1st thing you can try is to disconnect from the internet and try a system restore to maybe a week or so ago, before you downloaded all the programs you're talking about. If that doesn't work, use another PC to download Malwarebytes. Then save the setup.exe to a CD. Disconnect the infected computer from the internet and use the CD to install Malwarebytes while you're offline, and then run the scan. If you don't have a 2nd PC to do this, download the setup for Malwarebytes, and then disconnect from the internet on the infected computer and install it.

Your best bet will be to just reformat your PC if you can. Malwarebytes is an excellent free tool, but there's no guarantee that it'll clean your PC perfectly, so if it's at all possible, just turn off your PC and reformat it. The system restore should work as well, but keep in mind that you'll lose any exe's that were downloaded during the time period that you'll be restoring to, so if you know that any of them are clean, and you want to keep them, you should save them before doing the restore. It won't mess up any text files or anything, so you shouldn't have to worry there. Good luck though.

I suggest equipping your computer with an Antivirus software all the time. I have used KIS 2014 for a while and it's still good, never had a problem with viruses.
For your problem, if you don't have many important files in your computer, do a factory reset. It would be the best solution, I believe.

I recommend that you format your PC and reinstall windows. When my PC gets bogged down by malware I usually just scan or try and manually remove it because I'm too lazy to back up my files and go through the whole reinstall process. But if someone was controlling my pc and communicating to me in real time, I would straight away format and reinstall windows. They can see everything you do via screen capture.

Are you doing freelance work for a client or for someone? What's happening is only possible using TeamViewer, but for someone to control your pc using TeamViewer, there should be a code that he's going to use to access your pc.
