Urgent : Registrar suspended domain !

hey Guys, please need some help.

I got a message today from the hoster that the registrar suspended one of my domains for 'abuse on pharma website, which does not have license/certificate to sell drugs online' .. bummer

In the same email they offer me to transfer to another registrar.. will that solve the problem?? Which one is a safe registrar ? currently the whois says:

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] DIRECTI INTERNET SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. D/B/A PUBLICDOMAINREGISTRY.COM

This site was hosted and registered with shinjiru malaysia, so much for safe offshore hosting in malaysia.. :(

The current whois status says:

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] Name Server: NS1.SUSPENDED-DOMAIN.COM
Name Server: NS2.SUSPENDED-DOMAIN.COM

I would say, just move the domain to another registrar and see what happens.

From what I can see, i suspect somebody probably reported you to the registrar, and when they investigated, they found a reason to suspend you and they changed your
DNS adresses...

Maby just log in and try and change them manually back to what they were

if you are using namecheap, then move to g0daddy, else go to icann
and find some other registrars which offer dns services

Just move the domain, Shinjiru is just reseller from Directi anyway, I've heard bad things about Directi before now - go with someone like internet.bs as newkid said.
 
Thanks a lot, thats good info. Shinjiru wrote me they will transfer to another registrar, i will wait for now where that will be and if the registrar is US based i will for sure check INTERNET.BS as suggested... :)
 
I hope so.. must admit, when i read the mail today i broke into sweat, its always painful to see some good income at risk. Was reading also about Directi and godaddy and that they easily suspend domains.. it could be a competitor sending in an email, who knows.. i really hope it gets sorted out fast
 
Do your research before choosing a registrar, I have had issues with directi with my domains earlier as well.

I was doing bulk mailing, rather spamming to be more classified using the 300x method with 10 domains. They suspended my hosting altogether and also didn't release the domains.

I think some recipients complained and BAM.:eek:

Those kids think that they are some sort of internet police trying to clean the blackhatstuff out there. Dont use them for any blackhat stuff you wanna do on the domains.
 
Damn one of my posts was deleted on this thread, I was just trying to emphasize how useless and snake like DIRECTI are , and I may have used some "BLACK HAT" terminology to describe the origin of DIRECTI's customer staff.

This apology is however not directed at DIRECTI because they are and will always remain a bunch of desert snakes who will take your domain and slither through the sand where you can't find them.
 
contact registrar you got it from. Ive been successful at having a china registrar unban 1 domain although it was difficult and took a few weeks of emailing.
 
transferring your domain to another registrar will work, I know many of my affiliates have had this issue in recent times but all has been resolved :)
