Urgent Paypal Help Needed

I made a Paypal account while I was in the USA for about an year and a half. I've been using that as my main Paypal account for the past 3 years now.

Yesterday, I was stupid enough to make a payment while using a USA proxy. Today, Paypal sent me an email that a "third party" tried to access my account (it was me).

Now they want me to confirm my address, etc.

Trouble is that I've shifted back to India. They won't let me confirm the address via phone, and said that they will send me a postal mail to confirm the address.

I have about a $115 sitting in the account and I'll be damned if I lose that money to Paypal.

Is there any way out of this? How can I confirm my address in the US while still being here in India?

Paypal asked me to confirm my address when I moved country and logged in from a different
ip. They asked for verification of my new address by email and as I had only just moved I had no utility bills ect. But I just photoshoped a bill with my new details and emailed it to them. Worked a treat. I even added a coffee mug stain in the middle of the bill for authenticity.

Hmm..

I have documents that confirm my address, only that they are older than the 6 months that Paypal wants.

Maybe I could alter them too..I'll just need to alter the date..thanks for the tip

Either photoshop or stick a new date over the top, Put correction fluid round
the join and scan. The correction fluid masks the join on the scan. remember
to use the same font.

Yeah I do, and I could change my street address to their place.

Trouble is, the mail will take at least a week to reach them. I want access to my account right now as I'm expecting payment from a recent domain sale.

Btw, one more thing.

I've been accessing my US based Paypal account from India for the past two years. Never had a problem, and they never asked me as to why I was accessing a US based account through an India based IP.

But this is the first time my account has been limited like this. Suppose they go through their logs and see that I've been accessing my account through India for the past two years, will they get suspicious?

Also, would it be a good idea to close another India based paypal account that I have but hardly use?

I lost around 80$ that way too....
Try resolving or make another account
