How can I set up a webpage with paypal checkout quickly with not much design experience in fact none at all LOL

But seriously its urgent to get a little idea going but the window for this opportunity is not long

Did you mean a page with ONLY "buy now" button of paypal ?

Most of the ecommerce scripts that cpanel includes in fantastico will either work with paypal automatically, or there is a plugin that you can add to it.

There are a few WP themes that can be used to sell products that work well with paypal.

It really depends on what your selling and what kind of website you want. Is it just a single item or multiple item? Is it physical or digital? Do you just need a single page with a paypal button, or will there be different pages for each product? Do you need a shopping cart? And probably a few other questions I'm not thinking of right now.

Really you need to provide some more information to get a useful answer.

If it's digital then you can just make a simple html sales page and include a buynow button. Then make a simple html thankyou page for paypal to return the buyer to that includes the rel=n* foll*w meta tag, and named something random that will include a download link for them.

If it's physical then do the same thing, but you won't need a thankyou page. You'll just check paypal to see when you get orders and then ship using info they provided on paypal. You could still make the thankyou page, but it will just be informative, or you could even use it too push some other offer or sign up for your list.
